Living with Secondary Breast Cancer – Norwich

Practical help and support groups

Our monthly groups, facilitated by a trained counsellor, are a chance to meet others living with secondary breast cancer in your local area. They can help you find expert tips and information or share what's on your mind, with people who understand. Groups take place on a set day in the month, usually at a local community centre or hotel. You can attend as many or as few sessions as you choose. A trained counsellor will welcome everyone to the group and facilitate the session. All discussions are confidential. Every three months or so, we invite an expert speaker to talk about a topic which is relevant for people living with secondary breast cancer. Topics may include fatigue, exercise, managing side effects and relationships and communication.
